The database page for James Marvin Ball
I went over with him on his first tour in 1967; he died on his second tour while defusing a mine. He left behind a wife and two children. I knew he made it back from his first tour in 1968 and I got out in March 1970. I didn't know he died until I found his name on the Wall.
A memorial from a friend, |
It is nice to see my dad WAS indeed known by others and not just a name somewhere. I was never in touch with anyone who could tell me about him other than my mom really and it was nice to see that someone took the time to remember him.
From his daughter, |
The point-of-contact for this memorial is his daughter, Julie Taylor jtaylorfam@msn.com 18 Jan 2002 |
